I need a script that will automatically banish/delete players who packet edit (example: loading blackd, elfbot, NG or other bots).

My offer is 10$.

A lot of people have been wanting this. It's never been released and probably never been made yet.
Due to the large amount of request and you're only asking for it for 10$, you're definitely not going to get it.
I saw on OTfans somewhere, someone is requesting it aswell for 250 euro.
