It's been thrown around quite alot in the past, but nothing has been done yet. I never realized how much of a handicap (and annoyance) it was until I started to play a pally. I'm talking of course about being able to use runes and arrows simultaneously. If it can be fixed, it should be. If other vocations can hit targets and use runes, then paladins should have the same advantage.

It's really is annoying to have to stop attacking a target just to get mana or hp back up.

i actually relised this while playing real tibia. Its the exact same way with runes/exori frigo and your wand as it is with sds/arrows on cyntara. lol you gota time it right

That's what I've been saying for a LONG time. <_<
 
Well, in real tibia that is probably fine because everything is a little slower.

However, (for example) when i'm killing a wisp, I have to heal alot. While i'm healing, the wisp is sitting there healing itself and of course doing damage to me.

This is actually kind of ironic because the wisp is doing what I want to do! The wisp is attacking me and healing itself simultaneously.

For me, it takes a long time and a bit of luck to figure out when I can stop spamming heal runes, and start attacking. For a knight, this isn't a problem b/c they can attack the wisp and heal at the same time.
