Pay Pal donation server?

Good afternoon OTlanders. I hope this is not a silly question but how can I add a ingame or website paypal donation system on a server?
Does people share those codes for free?
I do not know anything about programing and I'm not much a computer girl, I'd love if someone shares a tutorial for noobies here.

it depends on what AAC (website) you are running, most of them have a shop script included or as a plugin
