PayGol Bug! [HELP!]

Hello, I just installet PayGol on my server, and everything seems to work fine. But when a friend of mine tried to donate, something bugged on the way.
He sent away the sms, but he didn't get the "answer sms". The sms with the pin. I looked on PayGol's site and it showed his pin, i sent it to him but he said that it didn't work.
So my bugs are, the "answer sms" does not send away, and the pin code don't work.

So my question is, what could possibly gone wrong? And what can I do to fix this?
