paygol Error: Unknown IP

I need help with this quick.
heres the deal when someone tries to purchase from paygol on my website. And when you go in to the url background (IPN) site.

This is whats comes up:
Error: Unknown IP

Can someone please help me?

Nothing wrong with this,
it only suppose to accept paygol's ips
else anyone can send php request and get free points?
