PayPal - Claim to refund after 20 days? This is basically a warning..

As some of you may know, Evil Puncker bought my real map and has tried to RESELL it which is NOT allowed.
His attempts have failed him, so he now is trying to refund his money back.

He claims that my MAP was supposed to include A LOT MORE things.
A map is an OTBM file & house.xml/spawn.xml file!

He is a scammer in my opinion...do not trust him.

Here is a screen shot.

He paid 20 days ago...now he claims it is bad.
It is because he can't resell it to make more money than the 100 EUR!

You can just claim that this is a virtual item, and prove that it's one.

PayPal doesn't support chargeback of this things.

Yeah.. Paypal wont even bother looking at virtual items disputes..

My suggestion.. call them.. and they will take care of it instantly..

Some off-topic posts (16...) have been deleted. Jaja, that signature rule is new to all of us. I even got my signature edited. End of that discussion (don't comment on it anymore....).

Yea, people should know what they buy, and only do chargebacks if they don't get the product as desribed. He also tried to resell it like 3 times. Thats clearly not OK with most of you guy I assume. So yea, I don't think Evil Puncker is a nice guy.

You've got bigger problems than Evil Puncker anyway, posting proof that you have sold something that is property of CipSoft is not really smart. We don't even support selling/buying on OtLand right now because stuff like this happens, but we will never support selling something that is copyrighted by someone else unless you have the permission to. I really doubt you had CipSoft's permission to sell their map.
