Hello then some1 buys via PAYPAL, if they got the DONATES they can cancel the donation, i mean if they buy it then they get their points, and i don't even know if they do, they can cancel it and get their money BACK, i give rep++ help!

Yes. Anybody who sends you money over PayPal can charge the money back within a period of 60 (I believe) days. If they donate using a credit card they can chargeback whenever they'd like.

A final note, if they donate using a credit card, and the card company is charging the payment back, it's basically game over for you. I've never won a case like that.
