Hello, is this pc enough to host a Suicide/RL Map server?

Specifications:
I'm using windows (I know linux is better but I use Windows)
4GB Ram
Amd Athlon 64 2.4ghz


Post your answers. I dont wan't any shit answers like that pc sucks etc. Just if you think I can host a ot with it.

yes but you will run out of memory with like 200 players or so

POST UR INTERNET SPEED OR WE CANT SAY ANYTHING, U CAN HAVE A PC WITH 999 CORES, 999TB RAM AMD 999 BITS but an internet with 10kb then u cant host :)
