People Crashing server

I need help, these guys came on my server and crashed it, they keep crashing it and now they demand money and power or they will do it again

I IP ban them and they still come back

I need to know how to stop them, I have no idea how they are doing this

Try to ghost with GOD char and figure out what they are doing.
Also try this:
1. Buy house
2. Invite *****
It may crash then...
