php error connection to phpmyadmin

Hey my phpmyadmin is kinda strange i got this error message after i restarted my pc.
Where is he loggfile and how can i fix this error?

it's in swedish:

phpMyAdmin - Fel
Kan inte starta session utan fel. Kontrollera felmeddelanden i din PHP:s och/eller webbservers loggfil och konfigurera din PHP-installation korrekt.

The translaton by google:

phpMyAdmin - Error
Can not start session without errors. Check the error messages in your PHP and / or web server log file and configure your PHP installation properly.
