Let's get down to the cold, hard facts then.
Here's what we are looking for:

Requirements (don't worry - you only need a few)
  • Fundamental understanding of PHP as a language (7.X and 5.6)
  • Reasonable amount of expertise in solving complex problems using the divide and conquer approach - queues and asynchronous processing should be your closest friends.
  • Experience with creating and consuming RESTFull APIs - ever heard of the PATCH method?
  • Good level of understanding of SQL databases - CTEs are not just for wimps you know.
  • Basic experience with MySQL databases
  • Confidence in using Redis and/or other data structure storages - key-value store is just the tip of the ice berg.
  • Basic experience with TFS 1.3
  • Fluent english

At summer time, we are migrating to newer engine, unfortanetly with amount of custom content we got already, it will take ALOT, but still, we will move at the end.

What will be the primary project your PHP developer would work on? A website, a RESTFul API? Another sort of backend? Care to give some description about the project?
 
Do not work with patryk his payments sucks and usually he want lower prices or "free jobs" justo because sometimes is not a hard task to achieve what he wants.. Sometimes he asked forma some tasks claimig that he will pay it un a nearly future, ofc he never fulfilled his word
