phpadmin drop table fail

MySQL is a relational database. If you want to drop all tables, you need to do that in very specific order.
Instead you can drop and create database again IF you want to delete all tables.

You could've truncated them instead if you want to keep the structure, but this isn't necessary here as you probably didn't edit it. So just do what don said :p
