Phpmyadmin bug!

Hi,

I try to import an sql file of 96 mb to my phpmyadmin database,
on linux ubuntu 10.0.4
check out;

root@ns28125:~# mysql -u root -p bero < dump.sql

ERROR 1062 (23000) at line 61: Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'

it gives error when doing it,
whats wrong?
someone can help?
