Windows phpmyadmin SQL Queries

i have no idea how to write any, and i saw very little scripts in otfans/otlands.

does anyone know how to write queries that can:

save depot items even if save = 0
save VIP list even if save = 0
save storage values even if save = 0

well i need a script that puts in queries of what i said at topic

or just a query to type in to do these is enough
