Hello Otlanders how i can make make me Picture from BitMap Image to JPEG Image ?

OMG HELP ME chnage BIm to JPEG i can't or i dont understand =(

1. Open MSPaint or any picture editing program for that matter.
2. Open the BMP file
3. Press Ctrl+Alt+S
4. Save it as a .jpg/.jpeg
5. Close MSPaint
6. Locate to the folder where you saved the .jpg/.jpeg.
7. Woila!
