Player make lag in server 9.60

-Attack ddos: NOT
-Talkaction: NOT

Anyone have other possibility?

Have account manager? Maybe someone is magebombing with the accman account.
Or check if your console throw a weird error, also can be a map bug or a globalevent, check the players constantly
