Players Blocking POI and charging for entry

So, I tried to go hunt POI with a friend of mine earlier and found these players blocking the way, when I asked them to move they told me to pay 1kk. Here's the screenshot, hope to see them banned.

I warned them several times to move, you can check the logs to verify.

 
I checked right after the server save as I didn't see any point to put them in jail for 10 minutes before the server save, and they weren't there. Let me know if they block it again.

I appreciate the quick response. Didn't want to bother you on skype for something like this, what's your preferred method of reporting Shadowcores' rule violations?
