PLEASE HELP!! Weird backpack problem.

I have a backpack on my server that you have to donate for. Well the problem is that I can put stuff into it but i cant open it. I have tried it with both god character and a normal character. Plus, I checked to make sure it was same stuff as other backpacks in items.xml and the itemeditor and they are in fact the same. And all the other backpacks work fine. Please help soon so I can get this stupid thing fixed.

Items.otb version 8.54 ver 2
client 8.55 (it still loads the items.otb)
