Hello.
Well, I formatted my computer, and I start installing all my softwares once again.

Then when I installed Xammp and I tried to access like 127.0.0.1 in my web browser, it restarts up my computer!
Its so annoying cuz it worked before the formatting.

Does anyone know one other program as Xammp that can help me or some one got a solution for these?

I got ZoneAlarm as firewall, and ESET Smart Security as Anti-Vir and Firewall.
