Compiling Please help!

A guy told me who would help me map etc, he sended me hes map i opened it in RME map Editor, and it looked good but when i copyed it and pasted it in my world map and started the tibia server, it was bugged ass hell evrything was fucked up so i shuted i down, then i changed my ip evrything in config.lua and started it agian the asshole was online at my server agian how IS it possible what should i do?!?!?!? PLEASE HELP ME!

I have no idea, so he couldnt logg in at the same ip? im a noob i have no idea what shall i do?
