When you receive the recovery email from OtLand its very self explanatory.. Just click on the recovery link included in the email. Then it will tell you to enter your new password twice I believe and you're done.

ProTIP: Next time make the thread title more informative; Like "Forgot Password--Watdo?" instead of just Please Help.
