PLEASE to unblock my ip! In the game.
I have public IP. I did not do anything. And I can not play.

PLEASE. It's not fair
 
Send an email to [email protected] and ask why your IP-adress is locked. You will be notified if YOU have done something wrong or if the same IP has been used by multiple accounts. (In that case the IP-adress might be unlocked because it can be a well used proxy).
