Hello..

Every time I'm in tibia im helping people in English Chat, World Chat and Help but some of them ask question in spanish or brasil which i don't understand only Polish and English I can help with so i thought of to add:

Polish Help - 1 - 2 Tutors to help in there.
Brasil Help - 1 - 2 Tutors to help in there.
Spanish Help - 1 - 2 Tutors to help in there.
English Help - 1 - 2 Tutors to help in there.

And Maybe:

Polish Chat.
Brasil Chat.
Spanish Chat.
English Chat.

As polish people speak on World Chat and all other on English chat i think it would be better for 1,5k people ;)

We're trying to find the best balance as possible, but we can't just appoint anywho to become a tutor just because he can speak polish. We need to see something more, in a long-term point of view. So it's not about us, if we will have a polish speaking player that will be very active and helpful in the help-channel then we will eventually promote him.

Actually it's quiet easy.

Force them to speak English in chats and they can freely use the private/guild chat for their own issues, why making it tough for everyone? Several chats just gonna make it annoying and messy, everyone trolling on other chats, insults will increase, even more disrespect towards other nationalities and so forth.

If the players wanna say something, let them use the English-speaking chat and if they're not able to - which I doubt -, their problem, not ours.

You can't be everybody's darling, so discussing about it is a waste of time.
