Windows Port 80 blocked

How can i know what is blocking my port 80? It's fucking up my Apache and everything :S

When xampp finish installing, an error pops up when checking ports "port 80 lalala Apache service insalation failed" or something like it. Anyways my port 80 TCP is getting fucked up by something i don't know, because UDP is wide open :S

Apache(WebDav) 81 Free
Apache(HTTPS) 443 Free


BUT

with PortForward Port checker, i get that my port 80 is "not reachable" or just "blocked by some application" :S

Run the "stop apache" service in your xampp folder, and play with those apache programs, your problem will be fixed 100%
