port 80 problem >.<

Hi, my xampp apache is focused on port 80 I have tried changing port to 8080
but it did not work for when I did it so I could not get into phpmyadmin. and i need port 80 for my site please reply if you know how to solve this

if you use port 8080 just use http://localhost:8080/phpmyadmin
