Maybe, try click "Advanced setup"
And check if there's something about port forwarding in there.

My network -> Port forwarding (on the left menu). Then after your there add a service. Let's call it otserv. Add the following ports 7171-7172 and UDP and TCP. Enjoy.

Not sure why UDP. But, try under security -> firewall settings been along time since DSL.
