Port Problem ;S

All the ports are open on the rooter site but when i check with the open port tool it says

Error: I could not see your service on 204.191.138.58 on port (7171)
Reason: Connection timed out

help anyone?

You don't have to spam ;p

But if he check it at that site then he has blocked ports in 100% ;D
