How can I open a closed portal to Yielothax when the Ragning Mage is dead?

Anyone know what to to?
 
I already replied to your other post in ShadowCores forum section:

Afaik it's like a raid so you have to wait till he spawn, when someone kill him then it's opened for 1 hour or so :S, I'm not sure but it's something like this ;)

As Dyablo said, it's like a random spawn. No message is announced when the portal opens, so you just have to be checking it now and then to find out when it has been opened. The portal closes 1 hour after the Raging Mage has been killed.
