For those that might know what is happening:

Ban in Germany: Xbox 360 banned in Germany, says judge - GameSpot.com
Possible Ban in US: Xbox 360 could face US sales ban | Den of Geek

Motorola have been granted an injunction, but a sales ban is currently unenforceable due to an earlier court decision inthe US (yes, restricting Motorola's rights in another jurisdiction). German customers will have no problem buying an Xbox for the time being.

Discuss..

Personally, I don't care much, I'm a PS3 fan but if M$ loses the US market with XBox360, it'll be a huge blow for them

Lolol...
Man A in prison: I killed 2 guys and set my wife on fire, what did you do?
Man B in prison: I'm an Xbox dealer..

~Serious note: This is insane, but then again I don't really get it, they stole something from motorola and now they want Xbox banned?
I used to have this real crappy motorola phone, why would Microsoft steal from them? xD

afaik, it seems that M$ used some sort of Motorala patented way to safely connect the controller with the 360 and a H.264 compression system or something like that

Motorola wouldn't have done shit if google hadn't bought the company a couple days ago. However, I believe its just a huge overstatement. Game companies get legal threats all the time, even ps3, but nothing really happens, nothing to worry about

It's been banned in Germany, but they can't enforce it.
The move will not have immediate implications, the site reports, because a US district court in Seattle, Washington, has granted Microsoft a preliminary injunction against Motorola that prevents the phone company from enacting the German order.
"Motorola is prohibited from acting on today's decision, and our business in Germany will continue as usual while we appeal this decision and pursue the fundamental issue of Motorola's broken promise," a Microsoft representative told the site.
So yeah, nothing has really happened. Good thing American rationality conquers all.
I agree with Evan, nothing will change. Of course Google would love seeing a ban on Microsoft products, but without public approval (their consumers) that will never happen. Google is just measuring they're d**k.

That's why after I read what Evan said I looked more closely and stroke-through the first link and added a text

I've played Xbox less than 2 hours in my entire life.
last time I played was year 2004 or something..

So I don't care much actually xD
But yeah, I'm not much of a gamer so what do I got to say when all comes around? nothing :)
