none of them are black, TRICK: look one per one not all at the same time also you can close 1 eye and u will see all of them are white...

I know that when you look at the white dots that the rest flicker etc, Thats why i said try and count them 
But ye.
Here is another illusion i found.
Stare at one of the yellow dots for a while, Whilst the other yellow dots dissapear.
