Posting images?

You can capture an image on your computer by pressing "Prt Scr" on your keyboard -> open paint -> paste it in -> save -> upload it on a image hosting site such as imgur: the simple image sharer.
You could also download a tool for capturing and uploading images, personally I use Hyperdesktop, it can be downloaded here: Hyperdesktop - Simple, fast screenshot sharing! With that tool, you simply press ctrl+shift+4 and mark the area of your screen that you want to capture - then it instantly uploads it to the image hosting site and you will get the link as if you have copied it - you will simply have to paste it to whoever you would want to share it with.
Then, if you can simply add it to the forum by putting it in between [IMG]-[/IMG] tags.
