How do I make an channel unclosable?

Like Default channel

it's a clientside thing, if they press close it WILL close no matter what (maybe you can make it open again though)

I'm interesed how to make server log openable/closeable since it takes a big message tab space away ;/

server log can't be closed, it's made that way by cipsoft so you would have to edit their client

.
