Prob in Forgotten Server

Version: The Forgotten Server - Version 0.2 | Release: 6 (Golden Warrior).

He not this saving players_death

go to data/creaturescripts/scripts/login.lua

and add

registerCreatureEvent(cid, "PlayerDeath")

but i think is better you update your tfs
