Probably a small problem

Well i currently got a sever running, but i would like 1 more. But it keep comming up errors about cant connect to localhost on the second server. Any help?

I changed at config to 7172 on the second ot still same problem tho.

Make another sql user in phpmyadmin then try it with that user
