problem in my server

hey guys i have a problem with my server and i got fed up so please please if anybody knew a solution for it please tell me what to do

i can't come online with my server when i downloaded another server just trying to knew the problem i couldn't come online also.
knowing that i forward my router to port 7171 for my tibia server and to 80 for my appache server
the appache server is working fine and my website is online
and checked my router by the port checker and i found it open so i am sure that the problem is not in the port

when i left my IP "auto" in the config.lua i found this

i can get online of corse bec the global ip is the same as the local ip

when i changed my IP to my real ip i found

i can't get online with the global ip and my friends can't also
please help me

Open your ports @ firewall too.

i already did that and i tested the ports
i tried 7171 and 7172
