Windows problem on a server

im trying to run my server on my buddies dedicated server and we cant figure out the issue..

When I try to run the server is says missing MSVCR100.dll...

It is 0.3.7 10.10 and his DEDI is Windows 2012 R2 Standard Evaluation..

Ive installed maybe wrong redistributables??
