problem to host a server

hello, i have some problems to host my ot server, because i have a router, and when me and the other persons try to connect they cant, they cant conect to my exactly ip

Firstly You Can enter the server without open ports Cuz it's on ur pc

Second Your Friend can't unter cuz ur port 7171 closed

third if they see the character list and can't enter then port 7172 closed

fourth if u have website and they can't see it then port 80 closed

fifth check you firewall if it have your ports opened too

yes i know i can enter in local ip 127.0.0.1, but when change the ip to turn it online, i cant connect, and the other people cant too, how i open that ports?
