Linux Problem while installing Modern Acc last rev

Hi, i will open my new server using Modern Acc but it drops me this:
# Could not connect to database.
# Could not find your database.
And im not stupid to dont enter correct database and password

use the ip adress 127.0.0.1 dont use ur global one ! also check the permissions 777 ?

Tell me more about the permissions i think is that the problem
