PROBLEM WHILE INSTALLING XAMPP AND LOGGING INTO GAME!! help!

Hello , so my problem is , when i install xampp its says that ports 80 and 436 are in use and failed to install apache 2.~. When im trying to log in to the game after i run my server , i cant , it says disconnected from server. I heard SKYPE uses ports 80 or 436 , but my skype is turned off.

HELP PLEASE!
