1) When I put LOGIN, they take me to otland.net web page
2) When I create a account at under news in account part, there are missing a image for a code for create account
3) How I log at administrator in the web page?

Edit everything in config(htdocs/config/config.php)
Must equals your towns in map editor(e.g. Remere's one)

You have to change town_id, not world_id ;-)
