Windows Problem With ACC

I uses this source:

ACC MAKER FOR TFS 0.3.4!
it's beta vesion, known bugs:
- doesn't show 'position' (tutor/gm/god) of player on 'search player' page
- page 'support list'/'game masters' doesn't work (show error)

Check server configuration

Can't load file config.lua from C:/cryingdamson/config.lua File doesn't exist in selected directory. Go to STEP 1 - select other directory.

I have tis on a vps windows with dedicated ip

I try this on 2 differents vps(windows) and in both contines the error :S
