Problem with adding formulas to items

Hi guys, I have problem with adding formulas to items. For example:

In fiery rainbow shield:

<attribute key="skillShield" value="3" />

Works.

But in shield of corruption it gives no effect,
Also, I noticed, when I try to give regeneration effect to ring or other jewellery it don't works :/

Any reason?

Check if the IDs are correct
and idk if i remember correctly but the regeneration u put in items.xml
