i reinstalled the xampp, nothing changes.

help me guys...

Well I figured I would post here and not may another thread. I have the same problem I did what was said above "Success: I can see your service on 72.190.32.117 on port (80)
Your ISP is not blocking port 80"

I then checked the port and it says it is blocked by system..easy enough to find in taskmanger. The SYSTEM using port 80 happen to be *this is in taskmanger and in processes tab* System - SYSTEM - 00 - 340k - NT Kernel & Sytem.

If anyone can help me with a way around this that would be great.

Out of all the people here that host servers I am very surprised not one has stood up and helped me with this issue.

I have opened the ports with my firewall and router and no luck on getting it installed. Something is still taking over port 80 and I have searched on it but no luck on how to fix the problem.
