Problem with buying items on website help

Hey, I looked online and couldn't find anything about setting up Gesior 0.3.6 Shop System. Whenever I buy an item on my website (Yes I have points....), it wont transfer it to my character. Whenever I buy premium, it works right away.

Is their something that I need to setup? Please help.

The state in MySql says like trans_wait.

Edit:
I waited 5 mins, logged in my char and this is what I got.
