Problem with database

Sup guys, i got one problem with my database, with 'player itens'.

I just asking to all, how can i fix this, in database column doesnt appear there the "player items", but when i try to create that it doesnt work

Please me help that I give reputation to all!

No tayron u didnt understand.
The players_items are already there we wont import it.
But if you look at the column you wont see the table "Player_Items".
Thats our problem.
