Problem with donations

When players try to buy donations, they never get it, it only comes "not realised yet"

I also wonder if there is any server i can download to get standard donate items such as at
Roczxi - Buy Points
RoxXor - Shop System
Or all other standard sites.

And does anybody know how to make !broadcast " system, such as when a player writes that, he looses some ccs for each word and all players get it broadcasted on screen as when gm does it.

And does anybody know how to show which eq they have on theirself on the web page when you scearch at "Characters"
