problem with extended screen v8 0.4

hello everyone, I recently expanded the v8 screen to my tfs 0.4 server, but in the midst of it I'm having some problems, for example this one in the image, << the black borders I can't remove, they only disappear when I open the map , and it also gives this error in the otc terminal, I thank those who help me.

You propably need to compile engine with
