Problem with kicks and unable to login again

Hello!
I got a really big problem, that I hope someone might help me with!


Earlier today my server was starting to freeze, and that lead to kick.
The server is still Online, everythings just normal.. But, you can't login!

You do get character list open, but when you are choosing your character it stops at "Connecting to the game world. Please wait."
So I have to restart the whole server, and after some minutes it happend again.

This happend at different intervals, and I really don't know what to do.

If someone could help me what the problem might be, and how to solve it would be really nice.

It's open. I was using Xampp, might that be the problem? If someone maybe hacked my database or something? However I will change to Uniserver now

Alright. Yea, can't see anything wrong.

Anyway, do you/anyone know how to solve this problem: I generated a new password in phpmyadmin and now I can't log in anymore!

Now I have changed to UniServer from Xampp, made a whole new database. After open it up, it's happend again after 1 hour. Freezing, kick and unable to login untill I restart the tfs. Almost every time it happends, one player got 1000+ in any skill (got 35x skillrate), For example this time: Player: 39209 in Distance Fighting.

This was the last message I get in my TFS:

[Warning - Vocations:getVocation] Vocation 0 not found.
Allocation failed, server out of memory.
Decrease size of your map or compile in a 64-bit mode.

Do Anyone know what to do? I really need help.
