Windows Problem With Lastest Tfs

Well Guys I really need help.. im trying to host my server and when i start it up it pops up this error.. and then the console closes down.. im using tfs 0.3.5 Pl

Dont use support man... Use TFS board there all tfs bugs are or msg elf abt this.
