Problem with Modern AAC install

When i try to install Modern AAC it says :
Could not connect to database.
Could not find your database.


i dont know what to write there..
ive downloaded it here :

Please anyone, help me ( or send a link for tutorial cuz i cant find one : (((

Oki, i followed one tutorial to make a database.. and still ssame problem !
when i go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/ i see that ive made a database but why do i keep gettin this error .S
